Come play
We make a happy Hood together
Our play city gives children plenty of freedom. A few clear agreements leave room for everyone to explore, play and relax.
Come play
Before you step inside
Children play at Playhood under the supervision of their own grown-up. Our team keeps the city running, helps you get started and steps in when needed.

- 01
Stay together
Children remain under the supervision of a parent or caregiver throughout the visit. Agree where you can find each other and regularly walk through the city together.
- 02
Play thoughtfully
Give each other space, wait your turn and treat other visitors, our team and the play world with respect. Running, pushing and rough play do not belong in the Hood.
- 03
Keep the city tidy
Play materials stay in their own little house and are returned after use. Food and drinks stay in the Hood Café so the play streets remain clean and safe.
- 04
Come prepared
Socks are required for children and grown-ups in the play world. Leave valuables at home or keep them with you. Playhood cannot accept liability for loss or damage.
- 05
Follow team directions
Always follow directions from our team. In case of unsafe, disruptive or disrespectful behaviour, we may ask someone to stop playing or leave the venue. We do not accept verbal or physical aggression towards visitors or our team. Our staff may end the visit immediately.
Good to know
- A ticket belongs to a fixed location, date and play session.
- Food and drinks brought from home are not allowed, except baby food or when medically necessary.
- Personal photography is welcome when other families are not recognisable without their permission.
The formal agreements
Our general terms also apply to your booking. They contain the full agreements about reservations, changes, cancellations and liability.
