About the role
As Venue Manager you are the operational lead for your venue. You own the daily rhythm and make sure guests have a great experience from arrival to goodbye.
You lead a team, protect food and drink quality, keep costs healthy, and keep the venue running smoothly.
What you will do
- Lead floor operations and be the go-to for team and guests
- Venue upkeep: maintenance, cleanliness, safety and presentation
- Guard F&B quality and help shape the menu
- Purchasing and stock without unnecessary waste
- Manage labour costs and margins, and present them monthly
- Build schedules and a strong, trained team
