The role
Playhood Hilversum is open and growing. You make sure families feel at home: you lead the floor on lively, busy days, develop the team and keep building the local community.
What you will do
- Recruit, onboard and develop the Hilversum team
- Keep daily operations at the venue running smoothly
- Build local connections with families, schools and partners
- Lead shifts, run briefings and solve issues with positivity
- Oversee register, stock, reporting and community events
