About the role
As Assistant Manager you are the right hand of the Operations Director. Where shift leaders run the day, you focus on what comes next: training, accurate stock and consistently high quality.
What you will be responsible for
- Partner with Operations on improvements, F&B purchasing and processes
- Help maintain schedules on a weekly basis
- Lead stock takes and product control systems (ROLLER)
- Train the team and act as Quality Lead on KPIs
- Uphold Clean & Safe standards in kitchen, cafe and play areas
What we are looking for
- 2+ years in hospitality, operations or similar
- Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
- Stock or ops systems experience (ROLLER is a plus)
- Natural leadership: train, guide and elevate others
