From Hilversum Sportpark railway station, it’s about a 10-minute walk to Playhood. You can plan your public transport journey via 9292.
Playhood is easy to reach by bike. From Hilversum station, it’s a 7-minute cycle.
If you’re coming from the A27, continue straight at the Oosterengweg–van Riebeeckweg junction (IMPORTANT: do NOT enter the Alexia Tunnel). After about 100 metres, take the side road on the right alongside Oosterengweg. Follow this road until you reach the railway tracks, then turn left before the tracks. You’ll see Playhood ahead.
If you’re coming from the north on Oosterengweg through the new Alexia Tunnel, turn left at the traffic lights at the Oosterengweg–van Riebeeckweg junction, heading towards the hospital. After about 100 metres, you’ll see a small grassy area. Just past this, turn left onto Zeevaertweg. Drive to the end of that street and then turn left onto Oude Amersfoortseweg. Continue until you reach the tunnel entrance, then turn right. When you reach the railway tracks, turn left before the tracks. Playhood will be right in front of you.
If you’re coming from Sportpark Hilversum station along van Riebeeckweg, turn left at the traffic lights onto Oosterengweg (IMPORTANT: do NOT enter the Alexia Tunnel). After 100 metres, take the side road on the right and follow it all the way to the railway tracks. Turn left before the tracks and Playhood will be ahead.
