Part-time Guest Experience Staff

What do we do?

Playhood is a revolutionary new play experience. We introduce the first role-play location for children where their world revolves around imaginative adventures and unforgettable memories and where parents and caregivers can join in too. Playhood has a cafe, multiple event spaces and indoor play sessions for 500 visitors per day.

What we are looking for is a person that is an effective communicator with problem-solving skills, and a customer-centric approach. Someone who understands that is crucial for creating the best guest experience. Additionally, anticipating and exceeding customer expectations contributes significantly to the success of these roles.

Some Daily Tasks of the Guest Experience team are:

  • Greeting guests warmly and professionally.
  • Assisting with check-in and check-out processes.
  • Providing information about Playhoods facilities and services.
  • Handling guests inquiries, requests, and complaints.
  • Ensuring play area and event spaces are well-prepared and maintained.
  • Coordinating with various teams (Kitchen Team, Allrounders, Managers etc.) to meet visitors needs.
  • Managing bookings and ensuring accurate billing.
  • If needed, taking food and beverage orders accurately.
  • Ensuring a positive experience by checking in on guests in the Playhood Cafe and Play area by actively walking around every 15 minutes.
  • Make connections with all guests to enhance their experience by talking, playing or caring for them.
  • Coordinating with the kitchen team to ensure timely food service.
  • Managing reservations and special requests.
  • Providing information about products, promotions, and policies.
  • Handling crowd control and security concerns.
